In a statement to PC Gamer, Epic said:
Game File has noted that the proposed settlement notes only the injunction against Cohen, and makes zero mention of any monetary penalty, when Epic's complaint sought damages. We took legal action against the former contractor who repeatedly leaked confidental partner IP and trade secrets that they received while working with Epic. We've asked the court to apporve the stipulated injunction to ensure they cannot publish or share Epic's confidential information again.
